Go to your Wallet page, choose the purchased product, upload your receipt or transaction proof, and submit the request. Once submitted, your claim appears in the tracking section immediately.

Most cashback requests are reviewed within 10 to 15 working days. While waiting, your claim may show as Submitted or Under review.

Your claim changes to Approved only after an admin verifies the submitted proof in the cashback operations panel. It will not show approved just after submission.

A request can stay under review when the team is checking order details, validating payment proof, or processing a high number of claims. If extra notes are added by the admin, you can see them in the claim card.

Once approved, the cashback amount is added to your wallet balance. You can keep it there or request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches the minimum threshold.

You can request a withdrawal when your available wallet balance reaches ₹200 or more. After that, payouts are generally processed on a monthly cycle, usually around 60 days after the end of the relevant month. For example, amounts cleared in January are typically paid in late March, February in late April, and so on.

Yes. A claim may be rejected if the proof is unclear, the order is not eligible, the same product was already claimed, or the submitted details do not match the purchase. If rejected, the claim status will update clearly in your wallet timeline.
